- We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time might not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.
- Inclement Weather — Please consider the weather conditions in your area when ordering medications. If you live in an area that experiences severe weather conditions such as extreme heat, flooding, or cold temperatures, we strongly suggest you wait until weather conditions improve. The content(s) of your package might become damaged, or you might experience delays in delivery due to inclement weather. These conditions are beyond our control and should be taken into consideration when ordering your pet medications.
- Vaccines and temperature sensitive medications may not ship free. These medications are shipped via 1-2 day express methods, containing ice packs, to preserve their integrity.
- Refrigerated medications are shipped Monday through Friday. IF available, Saturday delivery may be applied at the request of the customer for an extra charge.
- **Next Day Delivery is available by calling Customer Service at 877-583-2980. Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge. Order must be received before 2PM EST Friday.
