Shipping and Delivery
How long does Priority mail shipping take?
It may take 2-7 business days depending on the state where you live.
Do you ship to a PO BOX?
We ship most small packages that weigh 1lb or less via USPS standard mail. Most of our shipments ship USPS, so a physical address is required to ensure there are no delays with your shipment.
How can I track my order?
Under “My TractorSupplyRx.com” you can review your order history. There you will also find your tracking number and track your order from the link provided.
What is TractorSupplyRx’s Overnight/2nd-Day Shipping Policy?
Non-prescription orders will be shipped the same day if you order by 2PM EST, Eastern Time. If you order after 2PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Prescription orders require your vet’s approval before shipment, and will ship within 1 business day after we receive approval.
NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so the “next business day” after Friday is Monday.
How long does Standard / Free shipping take?
It may take anywhere from 5-7 business days once your order is shipped depending on the state where you live.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, if shipping method selected is 2Day or Overnight, your package will be delivered only on business days after package is shipped. (Monday – Friday)
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, TractorSupplyRx.com offers Saturday Delivery and there is an extra charge of $20 on top of Standard Overnight cost. You must call us at (877) 583-2980 to request Saturday Delivery.
Is shipping cost refundable in case of a returned package?
No, shipping cost is not refundable.
How do you calculate shipping and tax costs?
If your order is under $49 (all purchases over $49 receive free delivery), we charge a flat rate of $6.95. Refrigerated items do not qualify. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories are calculated based on our shipping partners prices based on weight and shipping distance
Free delivery does not apply to any order with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight Options).
You will only be charged sales tax on your order if you are located in Florida.
The amount to be charged will display during the final page of checkout, after you enter your shipping and billing address so you can review all applicable charges before placing your order.
Are there any exclusion on the free shipping?
Free delivery applies to select items with the free delivery icon. Cold or refrigerated items do not qualify for free delivery. Free delivery does not apply to expedited shipping, or shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
